Shipping & Handling for

All items are shipped from our facilities once order processing and order packaging is completed. Usually this is done within one to two business days. standard methods of shipping include: UPS and USPS (The United Postal Service). Expected delivery time is approximately 3 to 7 business days once the order is done processing, unless otherwise noted.

Please Note The Shipping Processes Explained In Full Detail Below:
Domestic Orders: Takes up to 1-3 business days to process orders using UPS GROUND shipping. Delivery time varies depending on city and state.
All Air packages: (3 Day Air, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air) Takes 1 business day to process.
International Orders: Takes 1-2 Business days to process. Depending on the country, delivery time varies. Delivery time can vary from 7 days to 1 month.
Domestic Part Orders: Takes 1-3 business days to process orders. Delivery time varies depending on shipment method and location.
International Part Orders: Takes 1-4 business days to process orders. Delivery time varies depending on shipment method and location.

Tracking Number:
The tracking number will be provided based on the shipping method selected for the order. The UPS or USPS tracking numbers and delivery address will be sent via e-mail registered with the order. This number will be assigned as soon as the order has been packaged, stamped, and placed in the shipping container.

To ensure that the tracking information is 100% accurate, we would like to urge our customers to copy the tracking information they have received via email and paste it into the carriers web address. The tracking information that is provided within the email is only an ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE. UPS and USPS provide this ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE to try and help the customer determine an approximate delivery date and time to receive the package.

Shipping to a Third-Party Address:
If the alternate shipping address is on file with the bank that issued the credit card, then order processing will not be delayed. Please have the alternate shipping address on file in the notes or memo section of your credit card account. If the alternate shipping address is not on file with the bank that issued the credit card, order processing may be delayed due to additional verification information needed to make sure that the credit card account is not lost or stolen. We take this extra measure to protect our customers and ourselves from any fraudulent credit card issues.
Note: For fraud prevention purposes, reserves the right to verify orders through a variety of means which might include phone verification, requests for a copy of credit card (covering up everything except the name and the last 4 digits on the credit card) and drivers license (covering everything except the name). reserves the right to cancel your order and void/credit the corresponding credit card charge if we are not satisfied as to the authenticity of the order. Use of fraudulence credit cards will be prosecuted, and your info will be forwarded to the FBI for investigation.

International Shipping: offers international shipping to most of the countries worldwide. To see if your country qualifies for delivery, please look at our shipping calculator on the check out page. If your country is listed under one of our shipping locations we will ship to that country. KEEP NOTE: Some items that are considered over size will not qualify for international shipping and you will be notified via e-mail that the order has been canceled.

How much does it cost to ship to my country?
Here are the steps to calculate the cost of international shipping:
1.) First, click "Add to Cart" for the item you are interested in.
2.) Next, scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see the Shipping Calculator.
3.) Enter your address information, select USPS International shipping, and select your country.
4.) Finally, click "Apply" and this will calculate the total cost of shipping for the item(s) in your shopping cart to the specified shipping address via the selected shipping method and location.


NOTICE: Effective May 16, 2012 the Postal Serviceô Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Serves, listed in the Domestic Mail Manual section 601.10.20, codify that primary lithium metal, lithium polymer, lithium alloy (non-rechargeable) cells and batteries or secondary lithium-ion cells and batteries (rechargeable) are prohibited when mailed internationally to or from an APO, FPO, or DPO location. Until such time that a less restrictive policy can be implemented consistent with international standards, and in accordance with UPU (Universal Postal Union) HobbyPartz will not ship lithium batteries that are not permitted in international mail in addition to Alaska and Hawaii.

The Department of Transportationís (DOT) regulation for shipping Lithium batteries has taken notice of the additional hazard material handling in which HobbyPartz opt to act accordingly. This will prevent any express shipments listed by the suppliers above from shipping UPS and USPS 1 day and 2 day air. This does not include shipments involved within the continental United States by USPS or UPS ground.

HobbyPartz supports regulations consistent with ICAO Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods in order to fulfill the concerns of maintaining the highest safety to both the shipment carriers and our consumers.
