"5" "larry" "March 26, 2012" "Strong servo with good torque and centering." "5" "capnscruffy" "March 18, 2012" "Can't beat these for the price! Great speed, torque and decent centering. I have been using these for cyclic servos with great results for years, even doing fairly hard 3d. I would highly recommend running them for a good while on a cycler BEFORE flying them. Cycler on highest speed in "windshield wiper" mode will weed out the ones that will fail. I have only had a few out of probably 50 or more of these fail (overheat and lockup). I wouldn't suggest these for tail servo because of the centering." "4" "jason" "January 28, 2012" "I have bought several of these to try out in my 450 helis. the ones that worked are great but I did have a 3 that had issues (glitched) that I didnt trust to use. Would I buy these again...yes. for the money there a good servo." "5" "Warren" "January 13, 2012" "Great small servo to use in replacement of Cessna 182's rudder/steering original servo." "5" "James J. Long" "December 24, 2011" "So far so good --- Haven't had a crash or failure. I am very pleased with the servo!" "5" "Gustyk" "December 23, 2011" "it's so much better than nylon servos.... I paired up with a gyro and you can tell the difference. Very satisfied." "5" "Ron B." "December 13, 2011" "I brought 3 never go back to nylon servos again!" "5" "James Man" "December 7, 2011" "This is the good stuff. Great price Excellent performance in my EDF T45 90mm." "5" "Allen C. (aka: Snowboard_Nut) in KC, MO." "November 23, 2011" "Ordered 3 for cyclic control on my EXI 450 Pro. Needed to add small washers from local Ace Hardware (The yellow Serv-a-Lite bulk bins) as to make sure the mounting tabs don't break from the mounting screw. These servo's are INCREDIBLE! Zero slop in the gears. While leveling the swash Low-Mid-High with a bubble level on the paddles, centering was ballz on and consistant, the linearity of CCPM interaction inbetween Low-Mid-High was exceptional, i really couldn't believe it! These servo's ARE digital, 1520us/70mhz. Don't misunderstand that they are digital, they work with all Rx's. Analog servo's ARE also 1520us/70mhz, and the Rx puts out 1520us/70mhz so as long as the numbers match up, you can use digital where an analog would normally be used. Digital will always be better at consistant linearity from End Point to End Point when matched with other servo's of the same model. The torque is incredible as well as the speed, I simply can't believe the value for these, I was expecting to be disappointed. I am running them at 5.5 volts, 4 amp SBEC. 40 flights @ 7 minutes each, still perfect, no slop. My friend bought the Dynam $50 motor/esc/servo combo, and those servo's are complete junk after comparing them, he can fly heli's and with those Dynams he can barely keep the bird in the air, on the verge of uncontrollable he said. Then he flew mine and was blown away how tight and precise they are..... You can't go wrong with these, even if i had big $, on these I just don't see a need to buy higher dollar servo's, save the money for a rockin' digital tail servo and good gyro!" "5" "Jim Carpenter" "November 12, 2011" "The ONLY servo I use. I have had so many higher priced servos fail, both plastic and metal gear units." "5" "Neville Thomas" "November 4, 2011" "great 9g servos totally slop free and rigid." "5" "HERNAN MOLINA" "November 4, 2011" "BEST SERVOS IN THE MARKET FOR A GREAT PRICE. 100% SATISFY." "5" "Santos" "November 4, 2011" "Compared to cheap 9g servos, these servos have more torque and only a few grams heavier. I've crashed a lot with my control surface down the servo gear teeth are not effected. Servo has good speed and great precise throws! Highly recommended for park jets over 500g" "5" "Kirk" "November 3, 2011" "I put 3 in my 450 exi kit and very pleased. Quick movement. Will buy more." "5" "Jean pierre lafontaine" "October 27, 2011" "i'm using these servos on my trex 450 ..my stryker F27..my floater FPV..and my bixler.FPV..and they are the BEST servo for the price...very sastisfied...." "3" "Steve" "October 5, 2011" "Had 2 of 4 get serious jitters out of the box. The other two worked great. A bit of time on the servo cycler seemed to get the jitters out of one of them. If the jitter had showed up 5 minutes later, I would have lost a new plane, for sure. I highly reccomend running these extensively through a cycler before flying." "5" "Sandy" "October 5, 2011" "I have installed these servos in a few of my planes that have experienced gear stripping issues. Aileron servos on low wing planes without landing gear. Replaced on two planes. Rudder servos that include tail wheel steering. Replaced on two planes. I have not had any gear stripping issues with these planes since I replaced the servos with the T-Pro MG90 9G Metal Gear Servos. The servo centering is excellant. The torque is very suitable for Park Flyers and up to small to mid-size sport aircraft. The price is very affordable. I am currently up-gradeing most of my planes and will retire all of my nylon gear servos. I highly recommend these servos." "5" "Prince" "October 2, 2011" "Great product" "5" "KEITH" "September 9, 2011" "GOOD PRICE THEY WORK GREAT." "5" "kevin" "August 14, 2011" "sorry forgot the 5 stars" "5" "kevin" "August 14, 2011" "the servo works great thank you" "5" "RobtC" "August 11, 2011" "The best in metal geared servos at a great price. No more plastic for me!" "5" "Greg Helton" "August 9, 2011" "Tired of stripping the gears out of your servo this is the servo to stop that problem" "5" "Paul Garrepy" "August 4, 2011" "Great buy. Working like a high dollar servo. Able to handle nose wheel stress without a problem. Fast smooth I will buy more." "5" "daylighy64" "July 26, 2011" "AAAA++++++ great a little deeper than the hitec servos I had, but I like these better." "5" "Ben Holmes" "July 13, 2011" "This is the replacement servos I put in most of my arf planes. For the price I dont take the chance with some factory provided servos. These are durable too. I empailed one of my 70mm edfs at over 100 mph it had six servos two were MG90s they are the only ones that Still work out of the crash. Still not a believer search vizzuleyes on youtube and look at the Thrust vectoring J-10b R.I.P lol. These 2 servos and an ESC bought here too are all that lived on. Now if they just sold them by the case......:)" "5" "Jeff" "June 26, 2011" "Works well, all metal gears, great value!" "5" "Patrick" "June 18, 2011" "Replaced the front landing gear servo on my Airfield SkyTrainer with this puppy after stripping the factory servo gears during a hard landing. Great price & no issues with quality. A great buy & replacement for the factory servo in the Airfield line." "5" "Travis Altman" "June 10, 2011" "I use these servos for ailerons in my Multiplex Twinstar. They have alot of strength and are really quiet. Its a nice upgrade from the SG-90s. Highly recomended!" "5" "Ben" "May 16, 2011" "I have bought 5 of them and only had one of them go bad but Hobbyparts had replaced it no problem." "5" "dexterw1n" "May 11, 2011" "I took mine apart, just undid the 4 screws, checked it and they all look and feel like metal to me, even the tiny ones." "5" "spgsxr" "May 5, 2011" "I used this in my first cp heli. I have been flying it for only 2 weeks now, but no major complaints. I will say I used this for all my cyclics and the tail. The cyclics are doing great, but I have a drift in the tail. I believe it is due to this servo, but I could have set something up wrong. I do not have anybody in my area who can look at it for me so I will just have to figure it out on my own." "5" "XZATX" "May 5, 2011" "great servo never had issues with it.. used it on over 12 kits never failed" "5" "Richard" "May 4, 2011" "Excellent value for the money. I am using these (3) in my HET Mig-15 I haven't flown it yet but the servos test smooth and precise. At this price, if something (electronic) goes out not a big deal to replace." "5" "kevin" "April 24, 2011" "it's ok" "5" "dexterw1n" "April 7, 2011" "Had to cut off the screw downs and make an arm to work for my Micro High Roller, but it works much better than the way over priced 3 wire servo kit that they sell. This is a bit of overkill though. =)" "5" "J.T." "April 5, 2011" "I have read that these servo's still have 1 plastic gear in them. It might of been the MG90S-T-Pro MG but they are both MG T-Pro so do they both have the Plastic Gear ???" "5" "Joe K" "March 17, 2011" "Excellent little servo, Used in my Sumo after a bit of modding to get it to fit and it is very powerful for such a small servo. Would definitely buy another!" "4" "Mopar67" "March 16, 2011" "Have them in my 43" extra. Work great, fast response." "5" "phil g." "March 15, 2011" "bought 4 for my hk 450, excellent little guys for the price works awesome with my dx6i. Bought four more for my brother in-laws 450 size heli that i'm building for him." "5" "ronp047" "March 12, 2011" "They look good. They are mounted and ready to go when I finish the project heli." "5" "Chris Khosravi" "March 7, 2011" "Amazing servo for the money. It was impossible to find this kind of performance and quality in a servo for this price a few years ago. Thanks Hobbypartz! -Using in an EXI 450 Pro (Belt Version) as cyclics and much better than the T-Pro SG90 servos that were in there before. A lot more torque and precision." "5" "Clyde" "February 22, 2011" "these servos are great, strong, center well... i use them on a 48 inch extra 330 foamie from D.W. Foamies which recomends hs65mgs. these are just as good in my opinion." "5" "tier1force" "February 13, 2011" "I got 2 of them for flap install on my P-51D from Nitroplanes, they work great with a reverser Y-Harness." "5" "AKNick" "February 13, 2011" "Put these servos in a multiplex funcub, and i think that they are pretty good, especially for the price, seems to be a bit slower than they say. out of 7 servos, I had one that was more noisy, but worked fine" "5" "Fred" "February 11, 2011" "I have these on my cyclics of my Tarot 450, excellent performance and value for the money. I highly recommend them!" "5" "Joe Fannon" "February 9, 2011" "It works terrific. I use it to control the tail rotor of my Falcon 400 3D, and it works great. Holds the tail very well even at full throttle accelerations." "5" "JEFF" "February 5, 2011" "WORKS GREAT" "5" "Jordan" "February 4, 2011" "I have tried a few different servos in the past and now I used this one for all my planes. It's strong, light and works every time. I am 110% happy with it." "5" "Ed" "January 21, 2011" "These are great. using them in a PZ bf-109 replacement airframe kit." "4" "Jim Holloman" "January 8, 2011" "So far so good, They are a little noisier than I like. But for the price< I can live with the noise." "5" "Dave" "January 5, 2011" "Using them on my 98" Reaper for flaps and ailerons. They work flawlessly on my plane. Fast with no problems at all." "5" "scott Dixon" "January 3, 2011" "really nice so far" "4" "RusElKnight" "November 17, 2010" "Really a great servo for the the money. I fly it on my cyclic on my t-rex 450." "5" "Richard Alton Trowell" "November 11, 2010" "November , 11 2010 they might work ok . but i havent received the rest of my order placed in sept 20, 2010 and still waiting" "5" "Rick" "October 16, 2010" "They work great. I put them in my B-25 and the hold up very well under the stress of that the nose gear is under as it retracks from front to back.. great servo and wonderful price" "5" "John B." "October 9, 2010" "Previously reviewed and have since submerged heli in pond...servos continue to operate." "5" "Scout2of3" "October 4, 2010" "I put this into my EXI 450 and have crashed several times without any servo issues. Awesome servo for 450's, I will buy more as backups, at this price they can't be beat." "5" "John B." "September 18, 2010" "I purchased these months ago for my 450. I have crashed the heli multiple times, and once even beyond repair and STILL re-used these servos. One even has a broken case. Unbelievable" "5" "danilo Yambao" "September 6, 2010" "so far so good. No problem encountered." "5" "tom coruzzi" "July 16, 2010" "great servo!! i have 4 of em on my exi450 build and they work great including the tail.. holds straight dead on ... better then my more expensive tail servo on my other blueray 450.... super value !!! they are a little large and require some patience to install but worth it ..." "5" "Ryan" "June 23, 2010" "best value of servo ive ever seen they are all metal gear for what i could tell and they are strong and pretty fast for seven bucks its the best servo for the money" "5" "Mallory" "February 14, 2010" "Great servo for the EXI-450 use 3 of them for my collective,Fast with lots of torque great servo for the price plus metal gear and digital!!!! You can go wrong with this servo. Thanks Guys!!!!"
